Nederlandse Toeristen Kampeer Club (NTKC) celebrating its centenary on 5 May 2012. The Club was founded in the Netherlands on 5 May 1912, has a membership now of around 10,000 and its motto is “Camping for sporty and active people with limited means“. Its core values are peace and tranquillity, respect for the natural world, the environment and all people.
NKTC is a not-for-profit organisation and functions on the basis of self-help and the voluntary participation of its members. It has 21 natural campsites scattered throughout the Netherlands.
NTKC is a founder member of F.I.C.C.
The Club’s celebrations will include a jubilee camp, tent camping open days and a special event for children.
F.I.C.C. congratulates NTKC on its centenary and sends best wishes for its continued success.
