82nd INTERNATIONAL F.I.C.C. RALLY in CROATIA from 27 JUNE to 5 JULY 2015

Some preliminary details: the organisers have chosen the Straska Campsite, Novalija on the island of Pag/Croatia. The 65 hectare site has 1,500 pitches, each with its own water and 10/16 amp electricity supply points, waste water disposal and wi-fi connection.
There are 14 sanitary blocks with showers, washbasins, facilities for handicapped people, clothes washing faciliites, toilets and urinals.
Each block has facilities for emptying toilets and there is a dump station near the reception. A medical centre is just 450m away.
Road access to the campsite is via the bridge from Zadar on the south of the island or there is a ferry from Ziglijen-Prizma that takes 10 minutes and costs around €30.-. There is no rail connection. The nearest airport is Zadar about an hour and a half’s drive from the rally site. The journey by road from Zagreb takes a similar amount of time.
Participants coming from overseas can stay in holiday caravans, bungalows or in a nearby hotel.
The rally site has a supermarket, a bureau de change, shops renting out equipment for various sporting activities, a restaurant, cafés, a pizzeria and bars.
Bottled gas is also available and it is possible to refill various types of gas cylinder.

Camping Strasko is one of the five campsites in Europe that was awarded the DCC Europa Prize this year.
